More wok hay on the chicken, finer mince on the ginger, more garlic and add a
few fermented black beans.
Not bad for a first try.
3.21.10 Added fermented black beans, finer dice on the ginger and more garlic. A good second try, still need more wok hay.
4.13.10 Leek scallion mix, added diced cucumber just because it was there, made a cucumber salad, heavy on the red pepper, heavy on additional chili oil, added more stock at the end. My best version yet.
