Ramps simply sauteed in butter with s/p

Rack marinated with s/p rosemary, half-sharp paprika, garlic/onion powder, aleppo pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and, the secret ingredient, fish sauce. Bit too much char, and 5-degrees over cooked, but still very tasty. Marinated asparagus, mushroom/asparagus ends risotto.
