Paratha was light, not oily in the least, Naan well made, light, as well. Food in general was lighter, cleaner, slightly more moderate spicing, less ghee, though seems more a style choice than as catering to two non Indian customers. Waiter from Afghanistan, owner and main cook Hyderabad, line cook Mexican. Owner's wife is from Uzbekistan, they plan on having some Uzbek dishes in the near future.
