Goat marinated in labne and zatar w/olive oil and lemon juice. Lamb in mojo c
with olive oil and tangerine juice. Goat was tough, but tasty, lamb delicious.
bones and scraps of lamb were charred and particularly tasty.
- Served with fresh mint, zatar bread from Taza and a harrisa/labne/lemon juice
mix.
